Mr. Sushant Rijal

Passionate about fostering innovation and sustainable development, I am an educator, researcher, and advocate specializing in design thinking, entrepreneurship, and social innovation. An educator by heart I tutor various management courses at the Australian National University (ANU). My expertise lies in design thinking, entrepreneurship, and social innovation, guiding students to develop critical thinking skills and entrepreneurial mindsets. In addition to teaching, I have a keen interest in research, particularly in the realms of social entrepreneurship, sustainable development, indigenous entrepreneurship, and University’s third mission/Triple-Helix Model. While my academic background provides a solid foundation, my practical experience in entrepreneurship training and mentorship enriches my approach to education and research. Committed to making a tangible impact beyond academia, I actively engage in social and volunteering initiatives. From supporting community development projects to advocating for quality education as a Global Youth Ambassador with A World at School, I am dedicated to driving positive change at local and global levels.
